The texture is more like a soft cream-powder finish, so it absorbs nicely and gives a fresh matte look instead of that heavy waxy feeling. I also noticed it helped smooth down frizz and kept my hair looking cleaner for longer during the day.
What I like most is that it still leaves my hair soft and natural-looking with a bit of volume. A little goes a long way, so I only need a small amount.
