I know Houttuynia Cordata is an amazing ingredient, but I think the developers need to be mindful that many people that uses their product for soothing, is more likely to have broken, inflamed skin.
They made a toner with it saying "do not use on broken skin". I'm worried a little because this product is basically saying the same thing.
Totally fine if you're using it to calm redness, but avoid this if you have redness due to broken or acne skin.
