Ive tried these a few times. The have a slight cooling effect. I am not sure if i see results yet as , I jave not uded thrm long enough.

Unfortunately it wasn’t as I expected it doesn’t stick on my skin properly even though I didn’t use any cream before applying it. So I’m not sure about the effect of it.
