The heels of my feet are really dry so I was looking forward to seeing of these hydrating heel pads would help. They are infused with shea which helped to make my heels softer and less dry. For me the fit as fine, they did take a bit of getting used to with wearing them overnight. They stayed in place well and in the morning my heels did look and feel softer. I have rated 4 stars as my heels did become a little dry again as the day progresses. Great for making my heels less dry, but would need to use them regularly for longer lasting effects
