I've used this a few time, it feels fresh and my skin feels nice and soft after use, i found it was slightly cooling, but very subtle. My skin feels slightly tighter after using it but not in a stripped my skin cleanser way. Its not moisturising or brightening but its a ni e toner that makes me feel clean, and fresh ready for the next step in my skincare.
