I noticed my skin started looking so much fuller and brighter. I bought the combo, but I dont see the other one for bowel movements to be anything more or less effective than what my daily routine has been. I feel that it is extremely easy to take. And the taste is just great. It doesn't taste like it's medicinal. I throw the pack in my bag and after lunch, I take them both. I do also feel that They do suppress my appetite sometimes. And that is something that is good for me. Considering how busy my schedule is and I do not have that much time to eat anyway, so I don't have to feel hungry all the time. I feel that I still have to try this on a long run to know how it will affect me in the future.I'm just looking firward to slimming down and losing some weight
