The individual packing is very secure and sealed, with no chance of oxidation. The taste is somewhat bitter, and it does take a few times to get used to the taste/flavor. However, it does not taste that bad (a bit of black coffee). I have not finished the whole box yet, so I can't really tell you if the effects/benefits are significant.

This was such a nice way to take supplements, I really like how easy it was. The taste is not bad either. I would recommend, but cannot yet comment on the effectiveness of it.
