The serum feels like a thin silky lotion to me. It’s naturally a bright yellow since there are no artificial colorants in here. It spreads well so not much is needed. I use it as a spot treatment to concentrate on problemed areas as my post hormonal acne dark spots all over my mature face skin.
It doesn’t compete with my makeup or concealer, and doesn’t pill.
I follow to up with other serums and moisturizers. It feels a little tacky as it’s drying but certainly feels much nicer than most of the other Vitamin C products that I have.
I love that I found a brightening serum that doesn’t make me feel like I put a huge amount of oil on my face.
I did not experience any irritation when using the product at the moment.
This will be part of my skincare routine forever. Definitely a great find for the price!
