The taste was really interesting and pleasant — I enjoyed having it as a light snack during the day. I noticed a slight decrease in my appetite, which made it easier to avoid unnecessary snacking. Since I only tried one box, I can’t say much about long-term effects, but it seems promising. Also, I appreciate that the product is suitable for vegetarians!
