The first time I tried this product was during my visit to Korea and since then I am trying to order it almost every month. It helps me to control my sugar level, taste good, has chia seeds, easy to take it with me everywhere I go - supplements should be fun and thats one of them.

This is my second box you need to maintain to get results. Very helpful to reduce the amount of food you usually eat but you need more than 2 box to get results.
