This set is sooooo good!!!!! The spray completely softens my dead skin on my heel making it easier to buff away using the foot file. The file itself has a bumpy side that I like the most as it buffs away the most amount of dead skin. The flat side is good for areas that you don’t need to be as rough (I.e. your toes). I use this about once a fortnight or whenever I feel it is necessary. After my feet feels so soft!!!!!
