The cream is very light I used it in combination with the serum. I meant to use it for the winter but it was not enough for this winter. Maybe summer. I gifted to my sister she says she haven’t experienced any change her rosacea is the same so yeah is not as effective. I think is for someone that has a very healthy and want to keep their skin lightly moist.
