I use this at the end of the day after wearing the clio mascara all day and it’s really good at breaking down the mascara. I leave it on for a few minutes then I use a cotton pad with micellar water to wipe the mascara off my eyes gently or I use a cleansing oil/balm after.

Instantly makes the lashes with waterproof mascara soft. You can even remove waterproof eyeliner with this. This cosnori one is better than the other brands because this doesnt make my eyes icy and tearing
