This is a fantastic toner. It’s very thick. It really adds a lot of moisture. I put it on top of another glow toner. I got this at a special price, but I would definitely purchase it.

I love the consistency! I have dry sky in the winter and this toner is thicker than the others, I feel more hydrated when using this morning and night.
