As someone with sensitive skin, the most important thing for me is that this serum did not cause any irritation. It was incredibly gentle and well-tolerated, which is crucial when using new products. Given my easily irritated skin, I don't intend to use this serum very frequently. As a result, I haven't seen significant improvements. However, the serum does provide a nice, soothing feeling when I do apply it, which I appreciate.
