I have been using this on and off for years, and I can definitely say it's a reliable basic toner that won't break you out (at least for most people) and is just a very nice toner to layer or even use to wipe in the morning so that you don't have to wash your face. There's no scent and it's light in viscosity. It does its job of hydration but I won't say it's gonna change your skin dramatically. If you use more concentrated and different products when layering, I suggest to use this so your routine is not complicated and bombarded with too many ingredients. I still think it's more worth it to get it in bigger sizes though.
