I've used this product on and off through the years and it's great for physical exfoliation. I like to use it in the shower, but make sure that your face is not dripping wet so that the sugar granules don't dissolve at once. I use it once a week. I also use *gentle* AHA/BHA/PHA products the rest of the week.
