It help me keep my weight but my body had noticeably slimmed down. You have to drink a lot of water and take the jelly and drinks together.

Should've known better. It's just good vitamins that could give u a placebo effect. Don't get it just stick to a diet lol. (Sorry for the picture, it's my cat cause style Korean won't let me use the actual product pictures bc of it's size:( enjoy the cat!)
