My skin used to love retinol, but now it gives me headaches if I use it. Even eye cream, which I would consider gentle, started giving me headaches a while ago. That's when I learned more about azelaic acid and tried VT Cosmetics' Azelaic Acid, but I noticed my skin liked it. That was just a few days after I started using it, and after trying other products, I'm starting to love this serum more and more because it's so gentle and I can use it every day. At the same time, I find it very hydrating.

The azelaic acid in this serum really works. I’m warning you that it’s gonna cause purge because that’s what azelaic acid does but that’s also how you know it works. If you don’t want the purging period, just use it as spot treatment on your acne/bump.
