This toner is AMAZING!!! Sinks right into your skin and with its thicker consistently it gives tons of lasting hydration. Works great under makeup, giving the skin a beautiful sheen. I'm a big fan of the Numbuzin #9 line and this one doesn't disappoint. The # of peptides is next level + NAD = you can't go wrong
