At first, I was a bit cautious because 2% retinal sounds intense — and I’ve had bad experiences with retinol in the past (dryness, irritation, peeling). But this formula is different. The liposome delivery system really makes a difference. It feels gentle yet powerful, and I didn’t experience any initial purging or sensitivity, even when I started using it 3 times a week.
The texture is silky and absorbs quickly without leaving any residue. It layers well under moisturizer, and I wake up to smoother, firmer, and more even-toned skin. After about two weeks, I noticed a visible improvement in fine lines around my mouth and between my brows. My skin also looks brighter and more refined overall.
