moo...@	I use this if my skin needs a little pick me up moisturizing. The product comes out as a clear oil but once apply and patted into skin; my skin somehow absorbs it or drinks it up. I use it mostly during my bedtime routine

giu...@	I would say it is suitable for hair, as this is the method I choose to use it, since it gets to be irritating my dry and sensitive skin. I would advise against the usage on a sensitive skin.
