This is the ONLY sunscreen I have ever used that never causes any irritation to my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin. Even other Korean sunscreens that everyone raves about being gentle (like ones from BOJ, round lab, skin 1004, tocobo, etc.) make my skin flush and burn and make my eyes sting as soon as they touch my skin. I love this sunscreen's moisturizing consistency and how it dries to a satin finish rather than staying shiny like all other chemical sunscreens (the only other chemical sunscreen I have found that is not shiny and that is not matte like mineral sunscreen is round lab's dokdo sunscreen). However, no matter what I do, this haruharu sunscreen ALWAYS PILLS on my skin by the end of the day. Regardless of what products I have on underneath, or even if I use it on clean, bare skin, it is guaranteed to start pilling a few hours after application. I have done everything I can to try and stop the pilling. I even purchased a second tube that I completely used up because I want to make this sunscreen work for me so badly, but I can't justify purchasing it again if it ends up balling up and flaking off of my face every time I wear it. Despite the issues I am having with the product, I gave it 5 stars because of how gentle and elegant the formula is and because out of the countless people I have seen talk about this product online, I have only heard one person say they experienced pilling with it as I have. If you purchase this sunscreen, I truly hope you don't have the same issues with it as me because if it didn't pill, this would without a doubt be my holy grail sunscreen.
