Why the hell did you once again fail to state in the documents for my package that the delivery is free?! This isn’t the first time! Because of your screw-up, customs adds the $39 delivery fee to the declared value of the package — and I end up paying way more VAT! Do your hands grow out of your ass or what?! I’m so sick of your crappy service already, you useless bastards!
