This is a very watery and lightweight toner. If you’re someone who likes to use multiple layers of toner then this is perfect for that. It absorbs quickly and leaves no tackiness behind. It’s hydrating and gentle and I love the bounciness it gives my skin.

I really like this Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner. I felt that it was hydrating in a balanced way that my skin really liked. This works great with the other Dokdo products. I love the way it made my skin feel. The packaging design is also aesthetically pleasing to me. I highly recommend this.

This toner exfoliates dead skin cells while leaving skin moisturized. It contains panthenol, allantoin and betaine to soothe irritated skin.
