This toner is actually a miracle and it hasn't broken me out yet. I've been using it for a week now. The texture is slightly thicker than water, no smell at all! I put some on my pamls, rub them together and spread it over my face and pat dry before applying my essence/ampoule. Super moisturising and perfect for dehydrated or sensitive skin. There's no tackiness or stickiness even after multiple coats.

Has watery and fragrancee free, Can moisture skin, remove dead skin cells. I usually use cotton pad and softly wipe it over your skin. Suitable for the CSM (Cotton-Swipe Method) for my dry skin
