When you feel like your skin is dehydrated, this is what you need to add. It so subtle to your skin and add hydration. I can layer this toner up to 5 layer and it still feel comfortable on my oily skin.

I have seen that this toner is incredibly popular in Korea so I had to try it out. The consistency is almost waterlike and does not have any fragrance which I appreciate. It makes my skin feel refreshed and supple - a very pleasant toner overall.
