Just-Like-Water consistency. This toner is unscented, fast absorbing, & very lightweight. Contains mineral deap sea water from Ulluengdo (for skin moisture balance), HATCHING EX-07 ingredients (dead skin cell care), & Panthenol (for strong moisturizing film). Though i can't feel much on the hydration side but it great in making my skin less inflamed, irritated & oily. I also did noticed how my skin glows naturally & no longer looking tired through out the day.

this toner has a texture like water. clear and absorbs quickly. the good news is that this toner has no fragrances, i like skincare with no fragrance. k use this for the CSM method too. especially when it's a hot day. this is very good for refreshing the skin ✨
