This toner won many awards in 2018-2019, and remains one of the most popular to this day. Many people like its watery texture and completely unscented. It's very light and not sticky, so I think it's perfect for use in the morning or after washing your face.
I've tried this in 2021, I quite like the refreshing effect it gives. However, the exfoliation is not that powerful. I feel that this toner only removes soap residue and dust on the face. Also, I don't really feel the hydration of this toner.
So, absolutely I will recommend this toner for those with oily skin

This toner can be used as a gentle exfoliating toner, but I prefer to use this toner as a hydrating toner, the hydration feels so good on my skin, it's light but the moisture is very comfortable on my skin.
