I’ve been using the SEOUL 1988 Eye Cream for about four weeks now, and overall, I’m very pleased with the results. The combination of Retinal Liposome 4% and Fermented Bean extract really caught my attention, as I was looking for a product that targets fine lines and boosts skin renewal.
