Is quite thick for a toner almost like a moisturizer but it melts like water, no sticky residue, if ur acne prone or clogged pores prone might not be for u ,gave me clogged pores but that is just my skin type , is a good Toner. Great for skin barrier.

A great hydrating toner. Has a very thick and milky texture that helps dry skin. Feels great under makeup and helps redness too. Worth it.
