I got this on 1 dollar deal, definitely not buying for the 47 dollar listed price until I am sure of the effects (both positive and adverse if any).
The packet dissolved okay in 500 ml water ( I put in bottle and shook until it got cola like colour all over and solubles were more or less mixed), I prefer cold water as it has mild americano taste…
Wish it tasted better, yet to see any change in appetite or bowel movement or any other noticeable feeling at the first try, will try the pack continuously and will update.
