The hype on this product is REAL! it has become a staple in my skincare. It's goes on like butter and instantly melts away all makeup -- even waterproof -- without effort. No need to rub hard or anything. I like to use the black one when my skin is especially irritated (like when I'm about to get my period as I tend to get more acne around that time) and the pink one the rest of the time. Theres no fragrance so it should be perfect even for those with sensitive skin

Packaging is good for using a cleansing balm in the shower. It's a little gimmicky but fun, not really worth spending extra though.
