The ingredient in this cleanser does help my acnes a lot. I have black head and white a lot on my face. Just use this product only at night for 4 weeks my acnes was reduce day by day. But for whoever have dry skin and want to try this cleanser I recommend to use it only at night 3-4 time a week.
