This says it’s gentle but then depending on where your skin is at, it does cause peeling. When I use this with my retinol or around the time I have used AHA BHA, I do experience peeling. Even on other days, it tends to dry my skin. But it’s been helping with my acne for sure. I just need to find the right balance for my skin to keep it happy when using this so it’s moisturized and acne free.

2nd time buying this and definitely not the last. Cleanses deeply, fights acne and gets rid of oil. Perfect for summer time and daily use. Pro tip: for acne prone skin leave it on your face for 5 minutes to activate salicylic acid.
