The first time I used this product, I thought it wasn’t doing anything for my skin. Then when I ran out of it, I started breaking out! I realized that it had been helping me this whole time! It can be drying if you use it too long or too often. Will continue to repurchase.

Unlike most other cleansers I've used, the CosRx Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Cleanser does not feel drying after washing it off, my face feels clean, but not stripped. As for the exfoliation part, it is a chemical exfoliation but it is very mild and gentle, not harsh.
