It's a mist. I use it to re-hydrate my skin to apply other products or to freshen up in the dry climate I live in. I like the simple ingredients list and like this brand. I wish they would make the up and down lines look different as it can be confusing when picking out products. I have purchased the wrong type of products from this brand because the names are misleading. But the mist is nice. Good value for money. Plays well with my other skincare and my sunscreen.
