I got it for me and my family, we still did not try it long enough to see any effects, but in term of taste, so far no one like it, they all said it taste bad and kinda sour, they basically take it like medicine.

I only finished one box and I have not yet seen drastic results. I will keep using it because no irritation occurred. The taste was horrible at the beginning but then I got used to it.
