I have not noticed any weight / waist differences
But this helps me sleep well!
I don't know how but now I'm using it to help with sleep
The pill is moderate size, not the biggest. But some might consider it on the larger size.
Doesn't smell of taste horrible

This was a repurchase. It doesn’t do much weight loss but it does help with sleep, so 8/10.
