This illiyoon Ceremide cream is another great alternative for those who love using the Aestura Atobarrier cream, Etude Soon Jung 2x Barrier repair cream, and Real Barrier Extreme Cream. Although I love them all, I think Illiyoon is the cheapest in terms of the quantity in this very large 200ml tube! I’m Korea, many people use this Illiyoon cream on the body, but this can also be used on the face. It is very moisturizing and great for days when you need some skin barrier repair especially when you use too much actives or when your skin is too dry. I prefer to use this at night than during the day time on face and body.

I, as someone who’s only used light and gel -like textures all her life, was completely shocked to find out that my skin barrier was in a desperate need of this thick and moisturising ceramide cream! Super gentle on the skin, doesn’t have a heavy finish.

You can not go wrong purchasing this product. The large size and affordable price makes it a guilt free all over moisturizer. The texture is smooth and the ceramide capsules break down with zero effort. This is a thicker cream so it is perfect for protecting my skin when I have angered my barrier or as a protective layer against our cold Canadian winters.

Don’t underestimate this product because of the amazing price point and basic packaging - it’s truly one of the best moisturisers I have ever used - and have tried MANY.
