It feels nice going on, and my skin doesn’t seem to mind it. I think I notice a slight difference, but it’s subtle. Could just be timing — not totally sure yet.

it’s actually very yummy and it doesn’t taste like medicine it’s actually yummy. I did use before the tea one. This is better than tea

It os good especially if you dont have food and just want some temporary snack to relieved your hunger. You still need to eat a full meal. Did not help with weight loss. This was heavily marketed but it is meh
