First time purchasing this product and I am impressed. It includes a little spatula to help scoop the product out. A little goes a long way. It has an herbal smell. Product goes from a balm to an oil and it turns milky when combined with water. It doesn't leave the skin oily at all. I like to follow up with a cleanser.

I prefer to use cleansing balm instead of cleansing oil because it is less messy when I rub the product in my hand and into my face. I use Heimish’s cleansing balm as my first step of double cleansing to remove sunscreen and makeup. It works effectively and gets rid of all waterproof products without irritating or leaving a trace of oiliness behind. It has not broken me out even though I have sensitive and acne skin.

I've been wanting to try this product for a while now. The balm immediately melts down into a silky smooth oil and is a pleasure to use. It leaves my skin feeling clean, yet it doesn't dry it out, which is unusual for my super sensitive skin. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me is the scent. Yes, it does remind me of a luxurious spa treatment, but it also smells like mosquito repellent for me. I don't think it would be a problem for the general public, but it does bother me. Overall a good product.

I'm not a big fan of cleasin balm but this one is a winner ! It's soft, cleans so well and leaves my skin fresh. It's less messy compared to the ones i tried before, dont need a lot to clean face. I like that it comes with a little spoon.
