I saw this on a YouTube video with Miss Darcei. It actually removes everything including tubing mascara, mineral sunscreen and waterproof makeup. It feels good on the skin. It is black in color, but does not stain the skin. It does not cause breakouts, clog pores are have a scent. It is fun to turn the mechanism to eject the product. The container keeps everything hygienic. I use about 2-3 twists of product for my face, neck and decolletage. I massage the product all over for about 30-45 seconds followed by my second cleanse. packaging is a little strange and i didn't love the texture of the product - it's not creamy soft or foamy and just feels a little strange. as a gentle cleanser though it's very effective and works well.
