Leaves a strong tint. Once it starts drying down, it can be just a touch tacky. Once you blot off, you are left with a great stain.

Product is good but the packaging is bad every product comes out of it so it goes wasted

I love these lip tints. I also gifted it to my friend and she loves it. We both use it daily and it leaves the lips hydrated and there is a lovely sheer tint left behind (after the gloss is gone)
