Small compact and easy to take on the go. I carry them to work and when travelling. No need to take with water. I did noticed some packs are more sour than others.

This collagen stick didn’t do much for me. After finishing 1 box, I didn’t see any significant improvement or change. I take it on its own without adding it to any food or water. It has a sour sweet taste, which isn’t too bad. I would only purchase this if it was on sale
