Great product, bad packaging |

I would like to give this product 4.5 stars, but unfortunately I will be giving it 3 stars due to poor packaging. I used the gel the first time last night, before bedtime. It is a very thick, sticky, gooey texture. I used it as a sleep mask. When I woke in the morning my face was very soft and had a nice glow. But the first time I used it, I squeezed the tube that the gel was in and it blew open a hole/rip at the other end. I tried to clip it with a paper clip to reseal it but it didn't work, and the product is starting to dry up and harden from the exposed end and I've only had the product for 2 days. What a waste of a great product. I will be returning this tube for an exchange, hopefully the next tube does not burst open when trying to get the product out

It's a good product but the application does need getting used to - as you can only dot and tap the product on your face and not spread. It has a very nice cooling effect on the skin. Have only tried it on a few occasions - usually at the end of my night time routine. My face does feel hydrated immediately after application but I find my face also produces more sebum than usual when I wake up in the morning? Maybe it's too moisturising for my skin? I have combo skin. Still a good product to try if you have a dry skin type or if your face feels dehydrated.

This is the weardest think i ever use! But i love it! It realy help keep my skin moisturaizing. I use it in the night time And it is just heven❤️❤️

So this product was really surprising. It has a honey like texture that doesn’t absorb well (IN MY SKIN) it might in yours, but it leaves a sticky feeling. For this reason I only use it at night. But this has made my skin super soft!!! The only thing is I wish they made a bigger size. Since this is thick, you tend to use a lot. I will need to reorder more again very soon. I love Pyunkang now and will try more of their products. Can’t wait!
