So far I like it it’s very lightweight almost like water. It’s not very hydrating which is something I appreciate for my skin type. It’s so soothing. It’s gentle. It’s not irritating and it feels good on the skin.

Not sure about the PDRN claims but this is a great toner. Makes my skin feel smooth and glowy and hydrated.

I bought this toner from this brand because of a Korean YouTuber .. i don't know if i like it but it's different than other toner I used .. it's very watery and not absorbs fast .. I don't feel the hydration in my skin .. I feel it's very light so you need many layers to feel the hydration in your skin
