I bought this to try and I have to say that this does not taste bad at all. It actually taste very good. I take this every other day only and at night after a work out or after I’m done eating dinner. Here is my honest review of this product:
Pro: Effective on not feeling hungry all day and into the next day.
Con: Mouth is very very dry and leaves ur mouth feeling like dry cotton. It makes u constantly need to drink water all day every day until that feeling goes away which for me was 2/3 days. That’s why I only drink it every other day and not every day, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you don’t care for the dry mouth feeling. Assuming this dry mouth feeling is what makes u not hungry due to constantly drinking water which makes you full.
