dont really think it does anything besides provide peace of mind and lessen your guilt after binge eating lol tastes just like an americano if ur into coffee and drink it after meals anyway!

It tastes like coffee and surely wakes me up cuz there is caffeine in there. I haven’t seen the diet slimming effect yet. Maybe one box is not enough to see result

Easy to drink not overly bitter but only managed to lose 1.5kg afte using for 31 days with free sample. Will not be repurchasing this one as I was looking for something that would help lose at least 5kg
