I've been trying to get slim . And it's been providing me a party of my protein intake . So I'll say it's a good and easy to consume product. So compact u can carry it and have it anywhere. Just like a little snack .

Es rico pero no me encanta la textura un poco se me hace un poco extraño si la combinaba con yogur y hay un momento en que de comer mucho como que el sabor no te agrada del todo
